Some of our key projects:

  • We designed and implemented a complex client solution including: Exchanged based mail service, SharePoint intranet service with custom workflows and additional development, Active Directory service, Configuration Manager (System Center), Endpoint Protection, Dynamics CRM with custom workflows and forms, and Lync. The whole infrastructure is being managed under a Managed Services contract by Telelink.
  • Our experts designed and implemented a datacenter solution based on Windows Server –Hyper V and System Center and Virtual Desktop Solution for one of the biggest hospital in Bulgaria.
  • Telelink’s specialists performed an audit and redesign of a major local utility companies’ directory services. More than 800 users were reconfigured and the appropriate group policies applied, based on the organizational structure and management needs.
  • For the needs of one of the country’s prime telecom operators we designed and implemented Microsoft Lync solution.
  • Successfully enforcing cloud technologies, we effectively helped a few customers migrate from an on premise to an off-premise solution, such as Microsoft Office 365.
