Some of our key projects:
- We deployed a fully featured Unified Communications solution for more than 1000 users for one of the leading energy distribution companies in Bulgaria. We designed and implemented telephony, voice mail, fax over IP, and Contact Center Enterprise system to meet all business requirements of our customer. The solution was based on Cisco's Unified Communications portfolio.
- A leading Bulgarian bank trusted Telelink for a long-term and complete renovation of their legacy telephony system. We designed the IP telephony solution and integrated it with the existing PBX systems using a common unified dial plan and telephony features. A staged deployment in the next few years resulted in a fully featured IP telephony for the bank. The system consisted of more than 1000 phones and had features, such as geographically dispersed call control cluster based on Cisco Unified Communications platform, Call Accounting application, Presence Server, etc.
- We executed our most complex Unified Communications project for one of the largest service providers in Bulgaria. More than 1000 users benefited from the feature rich system, the advanced dial plan capabilities, and the easy to use end point terminals.
