Turn-key System Integration

Telelink usually organizes its activities in a project around a dedicated team, in order to assure the successful execution of customer's requests. The number of activities and services, and the number of the dedicated teams may vary based on the customer's needs, solutions and budget. We are flexible and thanks to our experience and expertise we know how to gain insights into the customer's needs, in order achieve smooth integration of the technical solutions and meet customer's expectations. In order to achieve that every service follows Telelink's best practices and processes, which have been proven throughout the years. Each service may include the in advance creation of documents and procedures, in order to better prepare and gain clearer look on the necessary steps to take in the technical aspect for the specific project.

A turn-key project can include the following phases and services:


Planning Phase


The planning phase starts during the pre-sales activities. When preparing the technical and financial proposals we strive to include technical experts and project management teams, in order to plan and propose the most optimal solution to the customer.

Projects usually start with a kick-off meeting to introduce the members of the project team to the customer and to define their roles. Both parties agree on how to manage communications, reporting and other components of the project management.


  • Project Management

The Project Management Services ensure that the project's outcome matches the agreed requirements of the customer. These services are related to the planning, execution management, monitoring, control, and reporting of the processes in relation to the scope, quality, timing and schedules, risks, human resources, costs, and communications during the project.

The particular project may have dedicated technical experts, who control all the technical aspects of the project, as well as the technical teams.


  • Readiness Assessment

The Readiness Assessment process checks if the customer’s existing network and infrastructure are ready for the start of the project and more information is gathered, if needed. It may be associated with the readiness on different levels - physical, network or security readiness, relevant to the particular solution and customer site.


Design Phase


  • Design Development

The Design Development part of the project includes a detailed description of the solution, tailored especially for the customer, while taking into account the specific components and their interaction, in order to create a complete and comprehensive solution. The customer can participate in the identification and the validation of the requirements, and the definition of the final parameters of the solution. The design is developed by a team of experienced experts, taking into account customer's specific business and technical requirements, and the information provided during the working meetings and the subsequent design reviews. Usually the design is documented and approved by the customer before continuing with the next activities in of the project integration.


  • Proof of Concept/Design Test

Telelink may perform tests for specific parts of the design functionalities, in order to check if they comply with the customer requirements. These tests are performed using equipment, which is sufficient enough to simulate the specific components of the real environment. The test are held in Telelink's Laboratory in the presence of customer's authorized representative.


Integration Phase


  • Physical Installation and Commissioning

Telelink performs physical installation of the equipment, cabling and connecting it, as specified in the design documents, taking into account vendor's best practices and customer requirements. Telelink configures the equipment in advance or on-site based on a predefined schedule, approved by all concerned parties. If Design Development is not part of the project and the customer already has a design in place, Telelink follows customer's templates and guidance and implements them on the delivered equipment.


  • Acceptance Tests

Based on the particular solution, the project has varying number of tests planned and performed, in order to verify if the installation is properly handled and if the solution offers all the required functionalities after its integration. The tests may be performed in the presence of customer's authorized representative.


  • Migration

Part of the scope of the project can consists of migration from legacy equipment to a new one or from one technology to another. In this case Telelink prepares a document defining the Migration procedure, in which in a step-by-step manner are described all the activities that have to be performed during the migration to assure minimal disruption for the customer.


  • As-built Documentation

After the successful completion of the project, Telelink can update the relevant documentation included in the project according to the actual installation and/or integration of the solution. These can be included in the scope, in order to be used for future installation and/or integration of similar technical solutions.


  • Training of Personnel

Telelink is not a certified agency for professional trainings but the scope of the project can include training of customer's personnel, who shall be responsible for the operation of the integrated solution. The training may include overview of the technologies and the equipment used, as well as some practical aspects of the design. Telelink may also be a mediator and an organizer of professional trainings, as we have built a network of trusted certified partners.
